Mother of 5 tests new Georgia law barring retaliatory evictions (4/13/20)
Alejandra Hernandez fought a wrongful eviction with a recently issued state law. With the help of Graff-Radford Law, the young immigrant mother challenged the management at her complex and ultimately achieved a settlement, which she views as both a relief and a victory.
